Micro-CT in 3D Data Integration and (Clinical) Workflows for Digital Orthodontics

Dear Jens,

Orthodontic departments continually adapt and refine clinical SOPs for improving patient care across a wide range of clinical solutions, all of which benefit from high-resolution non-destructive 3D data. In this webinar, Petra Julia Koch and Paul Zaslansky (Charité - Universitätsmedizin Berlin) will discuss the importance of 3D data in current digital orthodontics applications and how clinical research can build on the data micro-CT can provide.

The speakers will introduce Bruker’s SkyScan 1275 (a benchtop micro-CT scanner) as a tool to help optimize orthodontic bracket removal procedures and other approaches in the orthodontics clinic, including how to explore new approaches to manage hypomineralized teeth.

  • How complementary 3D data and particularly micro-CT data contribute to the workflow of digital orthodontics and dentistry
  • How the SkyScan benchtop 1275 micro CT optimizes orthodontic bracket removal
  • How ex vivo micro-CT supports clinical/dental applications
  • How 3D data support clinical diagnosis and treatment planning for hypomineralized teeth

The recorded version will be sent to all registrants shortly after the live sessions. Don’t miss it!

Kind regards
