Production on Demand

Our PIPAc project is progressing as planned. In fulfilling our commitment to report regularly on the progress of the project, we would like to share with you some News in the form of the technical note below. Stay tuned that more is coming: in the first half of February, we will make public the first results related to the piloting of the reactions by AI. Congratulations to all the collaborators of the PIPAC project!

Paper

Convenient and Accurate Insight into Solution-phase Equilibria from FlowNMR Titrations

Scientist at the University of Bath in collaboration with Bruker present here multi-nuclear high resolution FlowNMR spectroscopy as an effective technique for the online analysis of complex solution-phase equilibria. It combines the accuracy and convenience of simple in situ measurements with the high specificity and information content of high-resolution NMR spectroscopy.

Process Analytical Technologies – Advances in Bioprocess from Integration to Transition to Digital Manufacturing

Jan 31, 2023 | 4 PM CET

Process Analytical Technology (PAT) instruments include analyzers capable of measuring physical and chemical process parameters and key attributes with the goal of optimizing process controls. PAT probes and sensors are intended for understanding bioprocesses with a goal to control quality and consistency at all stages of product manufacturing to achieve quality-by-design (QbD) and real-time release. The advantages and challenges, and the future development will be discussed by PAT leaders at Sanofi and Optimal Industrial Technologies.

eBook

QbD & PAT for Dummies

The book addresses the basics of QbD and PAT, as well as how to apply this methodology to improve quality and reduce cost and manufacturing times. Regulatory approaches are explored, as well as how to implement the technology within your existing business framework. Practical examples are shown, as well as thorough explanations regarding the function of a PAT Knowledge Manager.

Services

*NEW* LabScape ProDiagnose & LabScape ProSupport

Bruker´s latest service innovation in proactive NMR monitoring and maintenance is based on the AutoDiagnose platform. It allows you to keep the systems’ status overview of all your connected NMR systems, whether they are in the same room or in different buildings or sites. When combined with AutoCalibrate, the new LabScape ProDiagnose and ProSupport allows you to benefit from an automated NMR performance check.
