According to the Food Fraud Database maintained by the compliance management company Decernis, honey is the third most fake food product behind milk and olive oil. In our latest presentation, we explain the economic impact of honey adulteration and provide an overview of the current techniques for testing honey and introduce NMR as a possible solution on this problem.
